Damaged artworks

  • Step 1 – please send an email to ArtAfrica@payswitch.com.gh with the subject ‘damaged order’ within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date.
  • Step 2 – keep and use the original packaging!
  • Step 3 – please also add photos or videos of damaged artwork and packaging in your email to ArtAfrica@payswitch.com.gh.
  • Step 4 – a support representative will contact you to discuss next steps.

Refunds and Returns

  • We give you up to seven (7) days to decide whether you’d like to keep the artwork or return it for a refund.
  • All purchased artworks are eligible for return if it is returned to ArtAfrica in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return guarantee is not applicable to artworks or items on a sale, discount and promotion.
  • A collector / customer has seven (7) days after receipt to contact ArtAfrica@payswitch.com.gh about the intent to return an artwork. After seven (7) days returns are not acceptable.
  • All returned artworks must be shipped out by the collector / customer within three (3) days after confirming the return with ArtAfrica.
  • You will not be eligible for refund on Artworks that are returned without prior seven (7) day notice to ArtAfrica@payswitch.com.gh. Do not ship the artwork before contacting ArtAfrica, you must first contact ArtAfrica@payswitch.com.gh.
  • For international returns, additional shipping fees may apply.
